Job Summary

To drive operational excellence and enable revenue growth, the full-time remote Sales Operations Analyst will optimize Salesforce processes, deliver advanced analytics and forecasting, and collaborate with senior leadership across Sales, Finance, and Marketing.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead Salesforce enhancements and design advanced dashboards to improve sales productivity
  • Deliver actionable insights through complex data analysis and own the forecasting process
  • Develop standardized processes for lead management and identify bottlenecks to implement scalable solutions
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar analytical role at a SaaS or B2B company
  • Salesforce administrator-level expertise, including advanced reporting and automation
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL or BI tools preferred
  • Experience owning a sales forecasting process and producing predictive analyses for senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
