Job Summary
To drive operational excellence and enable revenue growth, the full-time remote Sales Operations Analyst will optimize Salesforce processes, deliver advanced analytics and forecasting, and collaborate with senior leadership across Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce enhancements and design advanced dashboards to improve sales productivity
- Deliver actionable insights through complex data analysis and own the forecasting process
- Develop standardized processes for lead management and identify bottlenecks to implement scalable solutions
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar analytical role at a SaaS or B2B company
- Salesforce administrator-level expertise, including advanced reporting and automation
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL or BI tools preferred
- Experience owning a sales forecasting process and producing predictive analyses for senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
