Job Summary

Partnering with Corporate Sales leadership, the full-time remote Sales Operations Analyst will develop and improve programs and processes, analyze data to deliver insights, and optimize sales performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build and execute sales operations strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor and optimize sales performance by analyzing results against forecasts
  • Define and automate KPIs and reporting for the Sales organization
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a quantitative field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Operations, Consulting, Sales, or Strategy
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Clari) is helpful
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Relevant industry experience in High Tech, SaaS, or Security
