Job Summary
Partnering with Corporate Sales leadership, the full-time remote Sales Operations Analyst will develop and improve programs and processes, analyze data to deliver insights, and optimize sales performance across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and execute sales operations strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and optimize sales performance by analyzing results against forecasts
- Define and automate KPIs and reporting for the Sales organization
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a quantitative field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Operations, Consulting, Sales, or Strategy
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Clari) is helpful
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Relevant industry experience in High Tech, SaaS, or Security
