Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the execution and maintenance of sales reporting processes, the contract Sales Operations Analyst will work remotely to build and update Power BI dashboards, perform data validation, and prepare sales performance reports.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and maintain sales reporting and dashboard processes in a fast-paced environment
• Build and update Power BI dashboards and perform data validation across multiple systems
• Prepare recurring sales performance reports and support ad hoc reporting requests

Required qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and large dataset management
• Working experience with Power BI for dashboard updates and report development
• Experience reconciling data across multiple sources
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and validation
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight reporting deadlines
