Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Sales Operations through the execution and maintenance of sales reporting and dashboards, the part-time Sales Operations Analyst will ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of reports while working remotely on a 12-month contract.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute the build and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports based on defined requirements
• Perform data validation and reconciliation across systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including data pulls and quality checks

Required qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and handling large datasets
• Working experience with Power BI for report building and dashboard updates
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and validation
• Ability to follow defined processes and manage recurring deliverables on tight timelines
• Experience in working with sales data or field performance reporting
