Job Summary

Serving as a functional expert, the full-time remote Principal Sales Operations Analyst will drive operational excellence in CRM governance, forecasting support, pipeline management, reporting, and cross-functional operational coordination without direct people management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee Salesforce operational activities and ensure CRM data quality and governance standards
  • Support forecasting processes and pipeline health analysis while providing operational insights and reporting
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve sales execution and drive process standardization across the sales lifecycle
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM administration and governance
  • Strong experience in supporting SaaS or recurring revenue sales organizations
  • Advanced analytical and operational capabilities
  • Experience in mentoring operational team members and driving operational improvements
