Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support sales operations, the full-time Sales Operations Associate Analyst will maintain accurate customer data, assist with customer account changes, and ensure data integrity while working onsite, hybrid, or remotely based on business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
• Process customer additions, changes, and updates in company systems while managing inbound requests from various internal teams
• Run reports to identify data issues and support pricing updates, contract maintenance, and rebate documentation

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, operations support, or data administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data cleanup and working with large datasets
• Ability to work across multiple business systems, including ERP and reporting tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with maintaining customer master data or related documentation is preferred
