Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Sales Operations Analyst will manage data sources to optimize lead assignments, support sales teams with actionable insights, and simplify operational processes to enhance sales growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Highlight key accounts for sales follow-up using multiple data sources
• Analyze business needs and provide data support to internal and external sales teams
• Record daily account allocations and measure the impact of sales activities on growth

Required qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Salesforce.com and familiarity with sales processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
• Detail-oriented with a track record of high accuracy in data handling
• Adaptability to changing environments and initiatives
