Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Sales Operations remotely on a contract basis, the Analyst, Sales Operations will execute and maintain sales reporting and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery of reports.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the build and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports based on defined requirements
• Perform data validation and reconciliation across systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including data pulls and quality checks

Required qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and handling large datasets
• Working experience with Power BI for report building and dashboard updates
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and validation
• Ability to follow defined processes and execute with consistency
• Strong organizational skills to manage recurring deliverables on tight timelines
