Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Sales Operations Analyst will manage data analysis, lead optimization, and performance reviews to support the sales team in identifying growth opportunities and improving sales processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze multiple data sources to highlight key accounts for sales follow-up
• Assist in maintaining customer and master data, including account attributes
• Provide simplified data summaries and measure the success of sales activities

Required qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Salesforce.com and understanding of sales processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data handling
• Proven adaptability to changing environments and initiatives
