Job Summary

Supporting the global Revenue organization, the full-time remote Sales Operations Analyst will manage Salesforce administration, enhance reporting capabilities, and provide actionable insights to improve sales processes and data integrity.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer and enhance Salesforce to support sales and revenue workflows
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards and operational reporting in Salesforce and BI tools
  • Drive improvements to sales processes and identify bottlenecks in pipeline flow
Required qualifications
  • 3-6 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration, including configuration and reporting
  • Proven experience building sales reporting and executive dashboards
  • Experience working with Gong or similar conversation intelligence platforms
  • Strong Salesforce knowledge and advanced Excel/data analysis skills
