Job Summary
Supporting agent lifecycle processes, the full-time temporary Sales Operations Analyst will coordinate with sales, operations, and talent teams to implement effective solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and talent teams to develop opportunities and implement effective solutions
- Ensure seamless execution of agent lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding
- Support Agent and Talent Readiness initiatives, including onboarding, credentialing, and training coordination
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in Project/Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Experience in Sales Enablement and Business Development
- Ability to analyze business requirements and provide recommendations
