Job Summary
Supporting sales planning and execution, the full-time remote Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst will deliver accurate reporting, maintain high-quality data, and assist with forecasting and pipeline analysis while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance sales effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI views for sales leadership to monitor performance trends
- Support business cadences through reporting preparation, data validation, and insight generation for leadership reviews
- Assist with sales forecasting and pipeline analysis to improve visibility into risks and opportunities
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in spreadsheet-based analysis and experience creating business reports and dashboards
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, including reporting structures and data integrity
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings to stakeholders
