Job Summary
Driving sales efficiency in a full-time remote role, the Sales Operations Analyst will analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and develop processes that enable the sales team to operate more effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Dive into sales data to optimize pipeline velocity and create actionable dashboards and reports for leadership
- Own sales KPIs and build adaptable forecasting models to support data-informed decision-making
- Audit and optimize the sales tech stack, ensuring effective tool adoption and creating user-friendly documentation
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) for data analysis
- Understanding of sales processes, including pipeline management and forecasting
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in problem-solving and project execution
- Experience presenting data insights to executives and collaborating with sales teams
- Familiarity with financial services or crypto-related concepts is preferred
