Job Summary
To support the efficiency of a growing sales organization, the full-time remote Sales Operations Analyst will manage data integrity in HubSpot, build sales enablement assets, and drive operational improvements independently.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the integrity and quality of sales data in HubSpot, including deals, pipelines, and contacts
- Build and maintain sales enablement assets such as email templates and quote templates
- Generate and maintain reports and dashboards related to pipeline health and sales activity
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or a related role
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Experience supporting a quota-carrying sales team preferred
