Job Summary
Supporting the EMEA Sales Operations organization, the full-time Sales Operations Analyst will enhance forecasting processes, maintain operational metrics, and improve CRM governance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support forecasting processes, pipeline reviews, and CRM governance activities
- Maintain dashboards, reports, and operational metrics for regional leadership
- Analyze pipeline quality, sales performance trends, and operational KPIs
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations experience
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Experience supporting sales organizations in fast-paced environments
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
