Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support the execution of private label strategies, the full-time Sales Operations Analyst will manage financial planning, reporting, and data management, collaborating with various internal teams and external stakeholders while working remotely with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Support the budget, forecast, and strategic planning processes through financial analysis and reporting
• Build and optimize financial reporting tools and models in Power BI and Excel, ensuring data integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage costs and improve processes, including presentations for senior management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, finance, or accounting
• 1-3 years of Procurement Finance experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially spreadsheets and database management
• Experience with ERP systems and data mining for pricing and invoicing
• Ability to travel 10-20% based on business needs
