Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Sales team in a fully remote capacity, the full-time salaried Sales Operations Analyst will manage reporting, analytics, and proactive notifications regarding sales operations and category management while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and fulfillment issues, maintaining OTIF and inventory risk reporting for internal and customer use
• Own the monthly retail performance scorecard and track competitor performance using syndicated data
• Utilize advanced AI tools and Excel to automate reporting and streamline workflows across Sales Operations and Category teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of experience in CPG or retail, preferably in category management or sales operations
• Advanced proficiency with AI coding/automation tools and intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with syndicated data (SPINS, Circana, or Nielsen) and basic exposure to inventory or supply chain reporting
• Business/professional level fluency in written and verbal English
