Sales Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Focused on enhancing sales and revenue processes, the full-time remote Sales Operations Process & Reporting Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize workflows, document business requirements, and develop insightful reporting and analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve end-to-end revenue processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions
- Gather and document business requirements while serving as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for sales leadership and cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement
- Experience with Quote-to-Cash and Lead-to-Revenue business processes
- Strong skills in process mapping, documentation, and business requirements gathering
- Proficiency in building business reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics
