Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst Lead to manage annual sales planning and customer segmentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own annual GTM planning cycle including customer segmentation, territory planning, and quota development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and maintain customer segmentation and govern GTM change processes
  • Build strong relationships with key sales executives and partners to enhance operational effectiveness


Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in sales strategy and sales operations
  • Understanding of SaaS business models
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
  • Experience with SFDC and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
  • Strong teamwork and influencing skills in a collaborative environment
