Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst Lead to manage annual sales planning and customer segmentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own annual GTM planning cycle including customer segmentation, territory planning, and quota development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and maintain customer segmentation and govern GTM change processes
- Build strong relationships with key sales executives and partners to enhance operational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in sales strategy and sales operations
- Understanding of SaaS business models
- Advanced skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Experience with SFDC and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
- Strong teamwork and influencing skills in a collaborative environment
