Job Summary
To lead sales operations and analytics for a large life sciences consulting organization, the remote Head of Sales Operations and Analytics will manage a team of 7 employees, focusing on increasing the sales pipeline, engaging potential customers, and ensuring accurate reporting of sales deals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sales operations and analytics, ensuring the team increases the sales pipeline and engages with potential customers
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales and other departments to ensure accurate reporting and readiness for internal sales meetings
- Represent the sales team at internal meetings and training sessions, including SalesForce and analytics training
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of people management experience
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, and/or Sales Management
- Life Sciences consulting experience
- Moderate to advanced understanding of SalesForce and Excel for creating sales dashboards
