Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Assistant to maintain the operational foundation of their sales systems inside HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate deal stages, ownership, and required properties in the CRM
Manage workflows, automation, and lead routing within HubSpot
Monitor lead flow and service level agreements (SLA) for timely lead assignment and follow-up

Required Qualifications

2-4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM administration, or sales support
Hands-on experience with HubSpot is required
Experience with workflows, sequences, and segmentation
Strong process discipline and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
