Sales Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts with daily sales orders and ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
• Research and identify root cause issues with order management systems, warehouse management systems, and B2B portals
• Identify sales process improvements focused on increased efficiency and reducing operational overhead

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree
• 3+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations with a focus on B2B/big box
• Experience working with customers who transact via EDI
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple departments and stakeholders
• Must be a self-starter
