Sales Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Associate, MxU.

Key Responsibilities

• Support core processes for the Multifamily, Multi-tenant (MxU) business segment
• Act as a liaison between local market teams and MxU property owners & managers for billing and incentives
• Provide reporting to senior stakeholders and assist in resolving escalations and disputes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years direct experience in MxU operations at an internet service provider (ISP)
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Google Sheets (or Excel)
• Experience managing complex projects or processes end-to-end
