Sales Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Associate who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Own all non-Salesforce sales operations tasks and processes
• Maintain and enhance an internal CPQ tool and associated proposal and SOW templates
• Manage the sales operations JIRA queue, including triaging and resolving tickets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field - or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or marketing operations
• Experience supporting professional services organizations (preferred)
• Familiarity with CPQ tools, ticketing systems, CRMs, and collaboration platforms
• Proactive, self-starting attitude with strong organizational and time management skills
