Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement & Operations Associate to strengthen its go-to-market engine in the bio-pharma sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and improve the health of HubSpot CRM and sales workflows
  • Maintain visibility across active sales opportunities and support sales representatives with necessary resources
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and contribute to building scalable workflows


Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or similar roles
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles involving large deal sizes ($250K-$500K+)
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot or another CRM, including reporting capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
