Sales Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations and Contract Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, and process proposals and contracts for signature
• Review contracts for compliance and coordinate countersignature processing
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and support client repricing and billing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2-3 years of experience in contracting, sales operations, or a related role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with Salesforce required
• Familiarity with process documentation and basic automation tools preferred
