Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Associate, a temporary position within the Revenue Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review quotes and purchase orders for accuracy and compliance
• Monitor and prioritize requests in the shared Orders inbox for timely processing
• Maintain accurate deal records in Salesforce and ensure proper documentation of agreements

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle errors
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems and quick to learn new SaaS tools
• Able to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions in non-standard situations
• Confident and respectful in communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Capable of independently managing a high-volume workload in a remote environment
