Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Strategy and Operation Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) certificate workflow for broker and agent onboarding
• Oversee day-to-day workflow execution with offshore vendors and lead quarterly business reviews
• Integrate AI into operations to automate tasks and improve workflow efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, project management, or an analytics role
• Experience using Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
• Previous healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to build and scale processes in a fast-growing environment
• Organizational skills with a focus on continuous process improvements
