Sales Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Associate I to manage the intake of new referrals for diabetic medical equipment and supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews new referrals for diabetic testing and equipment supplies, verifying patient demographics and insurance information
• Manages patients through medical records retrieval, prior authorization submissions, and shipment processes
• Maintains communication with manufacturer partners and provides customer service throughout the intake process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Healthcare industry and/or sales experience highly preferred
• Working proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn CRM platforms
• Experience with Salesforce, inContact, EHR, and payer portals preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
