Sales Operations Associate

Job Summary

Providing timely and accurate contract and proposal support, the full-time Sales Operations Associate will manage contract lifecycle activities, validate booking and revenue calculations, and maintain CRM data integrity while working remotely from various locations in the USA.

Key responsibilities:

• Create, prepare, and process proposals and contracts, ensuring completeness for signature
• Review contracts for compliance and coordinate countersignature processing
• Calculate and validate bookings and annual revenue to support accurate revenue recognition

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2-3 years of experience in contracting, sales operations, or a related operations role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with Salesforce is required
• Familiarity with basic automation or workflow tools preferred
