Job Summary

Providing essential operational support to various departments, the full-time remote Sales Operations Associate will manage pre-sales, contracting, and renewal processes while ensuring accurate contract information is maintained in Salesforce for the Government, Funder, and Non-Profit segment.

Key responsibilities
  • Offer operational, administrative, and clerical support primarily to sales, finance, and legal departments
  • Ensure Salesforce is accurately updated with customer contract information for multiple business teams
  • Assist the legal team in managing contract approvals and signatures
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in an operations-focused role, ideally within sales
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is required
  • Experience supporting a Government, Funder, and Non-Profit (GFN) sales team is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
