Job Summary
Owning the territory planning process, the full-time remote Sales Operations Associate will design systems and processes to enhance the efficiency of sales teams, build quota models, and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and HR on compensation planning.
Key responsibilities
- Manage territory planning, ensuring accurate and up-to-date territory assignments
- Develop and maintain quota models while monitoring sales performance and discrepancies
- Collaborate with Finance and HR on compensation plan design and provide support to sales representatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an analytical, business, or technical discipline
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations
- End-to-end experience with sales planning processes, including territory design and compensation administration
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, and experience with sales tools like Clari
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Finance and HR on planning workstreams
