Job Summary
Owning the go-to-market toolstack, the remote contract Sales Operations Associate will manage tooling initiatives, automate workflows, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency within the Marketing department.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the GTM toolstack, providing first-line support and driving tooling initiatives
- Identify and automate manual processes to reduce repetitive tasks across the go-to-market team
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Admin to gather requirements and ensure data quality standards are met
Required qualifications
- 2 to 4 years in a systems, operations, or GTM tooling role
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Clay, Gong, and Zapier
- Working fluency in Salesforce, with a strong understanding of its data model and reporting
- Proven experience in scoping and driving cross-functional projects with minimal oversight
- Ability to communicate effectively between technical systems and non-technical stakeholders
