Sales Operations Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate on a contract basis, who will remotely manage the go-to-market toolstack, automate workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency across Sales and Customer Success.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the GTM toolstack, providing first-line support and driving tooling initiatives
• Identify and automate manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks
• Collaborate with the Salesforce Admin to gather requirements and ensure data quality standards are met

Required qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in a systems, operations, or GTM tooling role
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Clay, Gong, and Zapier
• Working fluency in Salesforce, comfortable with data models and reporting
• Experience evaluating AI tools in business workflows
• Strong ownership instincts with a proven ability to drive cross-functional projects
