Sales Operations Associate
Job Summary
Providing timely and accurate contract and proposal support, the full-time Sales Operations Associate will manage contract lifecycle activities, validate booking and revenue calculations, and maintain CRM data integrity while working remotely from the West Coast.
Key responsibilities:
- Create, prepare, and process proposals and contracts, ensuring completeness for signature
- Review contracts for compliance with SOX and SOC1 requirements and coordinate countersignature processing
- Maintain CRM data accuracy through regular reviews and reporting
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2-3 years of experience in contracting, sales operations, or a related operations role
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with basic automation or workflow tools preferred
