Sales Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the operational infrastructure of the Nabis platform, the full-time remote Sales Operations Associate will manage retail onboarding, account setup, and pricing accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and system functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Execute onboarding workflows for new retail accounts to ensure accurate setup and validation
• Maintain accurate account records and support pricing and sales rule configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pricing, invoicing, and ordering to ensure smooth operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in operations, business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, operations, or sales support; experience in regulated environments is a plus
• Strong spreadsheet and data-entry skills; familiarity with CRM or e-commerce platforms preferred
• Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented team player eager to learn and improve processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes effectively
