Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations & Compensation professional for their Business Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain variable compensation plans that align with business goals and motivate teams
  • Administer and manage compensation plans via Captivate IQ, ensuring accuracy and transparency
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to improve and automate workflows and processes
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant sales operations & compensation experience
  • Ability to build positive relationships and drive consensus across cross-functional teams
  • Strong knowledge of variable compensation programs, preferably with experience in Captivate IQ
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with SQL knowledge as a plus
