Job Summary
To ensure the sales team operates effectively and maintains compliance, the full-time Sales Operations Compliance Specialist will oversee training, documentation, and performance monitoring while working remotely within the continental United States.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate pre-activation reviews, onboarding documentation, and recertification checks for the sales force
- Monitor key performance indicators and flag risks related to training, production, and complaints
- Build and maintain compliance reports and dashboards, ensuring audit readiness and process improvements
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience managing compliance programs and projects
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, CRM platforms, and learning management systems
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience collaborating across teams, particularly in Sales and Compliance
