Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Consultant, Sales Operations to enhance sales effectiveness and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance data accuracy within Salesforce.com for opportunity management and pipeline integrity
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and support decision-making
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and recommend process improvements to drive productivity
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role with a deep understanding of sales processes
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and ability to build and maintain reporting tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data
- Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables and data modeling
- Strong project management capabilities with a track record of driving initiatives to completion
