Job Summary

To execute world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations, the full-time remote Sales Operations Consultant will transform clients' CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines, ensuring data hygiene and flawless reporting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of Salesforce configurations and data migrations based on high-level architecture defined by the Director of RevOps
  • Ensure data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting accuracy within Salesforce
  • Consult with clients to explain the impact of Salesforce configurations on their operational efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy role
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows; familiarity with Workflows and Process Builder is outdated
  • Experience with modern RevOps tools such as LeanData, Gong, and Outreach/Salesloft
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
