Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the process to ensure customers receive their Utility Rebate credit on account
• Work on established Power APP's for Instant Rebates and assist with payment and credit reconciliation
• Communicate with sales teams to address process bottlenecks and assist with special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Ability to identify and document process improvements
• Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Self-motivated and a quick learner
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
