Sales Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to support sales and growth initiatives in Assurance and Tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity and visibility of the Assurance and Tax sales pipeline
• Serve as the primary CRM administrator and ensure accurate opportunity tracking
• Support growth initiatives through CRM analytics, reporting, and development of sales materials

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in a sales operations or sales support role
• Experience in professional services, B2B, or a multi-service organization
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and related tools
• Experience in a complex, matrixed environment is preferred
