Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to support B2B lead development programs in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager to keep programs on track and launched accurately
- Manage HubSpot Sales Hub setup including lists, sequences, pipelines, and workflows
- Maintain clean CRM data and Excel-based trackers while coordinating across teams
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in operations, sales ops, program ops, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub
- Strong attention to data accuracy and experience with structured datasets
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Experience supporting outbound sales or lead generation programs
