Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to support B2B lead development programs in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Manager to keep programs on track and launched accurately
  • Manage HubSpot Sales Hub setup including lists, sequences, pipelines, and workflows
  • Maintain clean CRM data and Excel-based trackers while coordinating across teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in operations, sales ops, program ops, or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub
  • Strong attention to data accuracy and experience with structured datasets
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience supporting outbound sales or lead generation programs
