Sales Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity and visibility of the Assurance and Tax sales pipeline
• Serve as the primary CRM administrator and support strong CRM governance
• Prepare materials for pipeline review meetings and track follow-ups and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in a sales operations or sales support role
• Experience in professional services, B2B, or a multi-service organization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and related reporting tools
• Experience operating within a complex, matrixed environment is preferred
