Sales Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the sales organization, the full-time remote Sales Operations Coordinator will manage accurate data entry, timely quote creation, and coordination of pricing requests while collaborating with Inside Sales Account Managers.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide daily operational support to Inside Sales Account Managers
• Enter and maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and order data in RADAR
• Build and prepare sales quotes based on approved pricing and product configurations

Required qualifications:

• 0-1 years of experience in the IT industry
• Ability to learn and understand sales procedures and protocols
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to developing advanced organizational skills
• U.S. Citizenship required
