Job Summary

Providing operational and project coordination support, the full-time Sales Operations Coordinator will manage onboarding activities, facilitate communication across teams, and ensure effective execution of business priorities while working onsite.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as an operational partner to leadership, coordinating administrative and project activities to meet business objectives
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, events, and logistics, ensuring all details are managed effectively
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports and business communications that support organizational goals
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Five or more years of experience in administrative support, sales operations, or project coordination
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience preparing reports and presentations for leadership
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
