Sales Operations Coordinator
Job Summary
Supporting the overall service of Traffic functions, the full-time remote Sales Operations Coordinator will manage the preparation and editing of daily logs, organize commercial copy materials, and coordinate account activities to drive revenue and enhance customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and edit 24-hour daily logs consisting of programs, commercials, and promos
- Organize, track, and maintain commercial copy materials sent from agencies and clients
- Coordinate account activities and reconcile spots for invoicing while troubleshooting any discrepancies
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in broadcast traffic and familiarity with broadcast traffic systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
