Sales Operations Coordinator
Job Summary
Managing daily and weekly operations plans, the full-time remote Sales Operations Execution Coordinator will oversee the S&OE process, ensuring alignment between demand and supply activities while collaborating with sales, production, procurement, and logistics teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support execution of the S&OE plan and communicate operational changes to stakeholders
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze variances between plans and actual performance
- Identify and address short-term supply chain disruptions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or production planning
- Familiarity with S&OP or S&OE processes preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI
- APICS/CPIM certification desirable
