Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales and Business Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, policies, and procedures
  • Drive successful deployment and adoption of CRM tools for the Sales organization
  • Analyze sales data, key performance metrics, and generate reports for sales and external organizations

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of revenue operations experience in a B2B software company
  • Experience in new customer acquisition and recurring revenue streams
  • Ability to establish collaborative relationships across various departments
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree required, Masters or MBA desirable
