Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Director to enhance sales efficiency and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, develop, and maintain sales KPIs and metrics, creating comprehensive reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Manage the cadence of field sales team activities and produce key metrics reports with actionable insights
  • Oversee the deal registration process, partner relationships, and optimize Salesforce organization and structure
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years in Sales Operations, with 5+ years in a channel go-to-market recurring revenue model
  • Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including advanced reporting and dashboard creation
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for data analysis and insights
  • Experience with channel partners and familiarity with the cybersecurity industry is required
